Pathé Parnasse is a 12-screen Pathé cinema on rue d'Odessa in the Montparnasse area of the 14th arrondissement. Pathé describes it as fully renovated, with laser projection, wide and fully reclining seats in every room, and close to two metres between rows. Room 1 has Dolby Atmos sound, and seats are numbered. Pathé says its programme is complemented by the four rooms of the Montparnos, close by.
Besides regular releases, Pathé's programme here includes relays of the Opéra national de Paris ballet season and of the Comédie-Française. Pathé labels its sessions VF or VOST, and neither label by itself means English audio. Our listings here are for English-audio screenings.
For public transport, Pathé lists Montparnasse-Bienvenüe on metro lines 4, 6, 10, 12 and 13, Edgar Quinet on line 6, and Gare Montparnasse for trains. It also lists the paid Montparnasse car park on rue du Départ and rue de l'Arrivée. Pathé says wheelchair spaces are in 11 of the 12 rooms, rooms 1 to 11, and that all 12 rooms work with Twavox, an app that plays amplified sound or audio description through your own headphones on a phone or tablet.
