Pathé Convention is a Pathé cinema on rue Alain-Chartier, in the Saint-Lambert quarter of the 15th arrondissement. It has nine tiered rooms with 1,245 seats between them, and one room has Dolby Atmos sound. Seats are numbered, and every room has Duo seats, two-person benches with an armrest that lifts up. Le Café Caché, on the first floor, serves drinks and snacks.
Besides regular releases, Pathé's programme here includes previews, special screenings and relays of the Opéra national de Paris ballet season. Pathé labels its sessions VF or VOST, and neither label by itself means English audio. Our listings here are for English-audio screenings.
For public transport, Pathé lists Convention station on metro line 12, and buses 39, 62 and 80 at the Convention-Vaugirard stop. Lithium batteries are not allowed inside the cinema. Pathé says every room has a wheelchair space and that a lift is available. All nine rooms work with Twavox, an app that plays amplified sound or audio description through your own headphones on a phone or tablet. The cinema's Acceslibre entry has the building's access details.
